Celine Piquemal Prade
CEO
Céline has over 20 years of industry experience and was formerly a Management Commitee Member and Team Manager for Global Equities at Comgest where she built the global business into a key franchise before leaving in 2019. She spent 16 years at Comgest developing the Global Strategy as a portfolio manager first and the lead from 2008. The flagship funds she managed were Comgest Monde, Comgest Growth World and Comgest Growth EAFE Plus. The assets under management for the strategy jumped from €233M in 2008 to €3.2bn at the time of her departure. Celine began her career in London as an analyst at Morgan Stanley before joining McKinsey as a consultant. She graduated from the HEC business school in Paris with a major in Finance.
Céline is also an Advisory Committee member for World Health Organisation (WHO) in Geneva as well as for Fondation Apprentis d’Auteuil in Paris.
Vincent Houghton
Managing Director
Vincent has more than 30 years of investment and banking experience, principally in Asian and global markets. Vincent joined Comgest in 2009 as a Portfolio Manager for Asian equities in Hong Kong. After a few years collaborating with Celine on different Asian stocks present in the global funds, Vincent officially joined the global team in 2012. Vincent actively participated in the success of the global strategy as a co-lead portfolio manager together with Celine for more than seven years before leaving the company at the end of 2019. Vincent has worked in Asia with Merril Lynch, HSBC and Credit Lyonnais as an Investment Analyst and Institutional Sales Director. He has been based in Hong Kong, Singapore, London, New York and Jakarta. He graduated from the University of London’s School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) and has a Master’s degree in Economic Development.
Isabelle d’Imperio
Managing Director
Isabelle has more than 30 years of industry experience. She spent most of her career as an employee for Comgest where she supported the asset management company throughout its growth occupying key positions within the organisation. She was successively appointed as the head of Administration and Finance, Compliance, Compliance and Internal Control at the firm before being named Secretary General for the Comgest Global Investors Group. Isabelle left in 2016 after spending 30 years with the company she had joined as a start-up, leaving it with more than €25 billion under management.
Isabelle is a DECF (diploma in accounting and financial studies) and DEFC charterholder.

Inka Giraud-Sauveur
Head of Operations
With over 25 years' experience in marketing and finance, mainly with financial institutions, Inka joined Piquemal Houghton Investments in January 2025 as Head of Operations, to actively support the group's growth.
Prior to joining PHI, Inka held the position of Fund Operations Manager in Comgest's legal team since 2015, where she managed operations for French funds marketed in six countries. She had joined Comgest in 2002 as part of the marketing team, before moving to the compliance department. Inka began her career in the technology start-up sector, where she was in charge of marketing, communications and events on a European level.
German, she holds a double degree in European Business Studies from a German-French University program.
Thibault Sagot, CFA
Co-Portfolio Manager & ESG Analyst
Thibault joined the team in 2025 to support equity research and consolidate ESG capabilities. Thibault has accumulated an extensive experience in the asset management industry, notably in financial analysis, but also on ESG issues and in advisory. He started his career in an independent wealth management firm, before joining Comgest in financial data management. He then specialized in equity analysis, first covering European markets at Cogefi Gestion, then at ODDO BHF in the research department. Before joining us, Thibault spent five years at Banque de France Gestion, where he was in charge of US market coverage. In parallel, he contributed to the initial integration of ESG policy at Cogefi Gestion in 2018 and later to the development of the ESG approach at Banque de France Gestion. Thibault is a graduate of the Master 222 Asset Management program at Université Paris Dauphine-PSL. He is a CFA charterholder and holds the AMF ESG certification.
